Our October 2010 show featured 386 quilts from 151 entrants, a merchants mall of 21 vendors, food service by Lake Terrace
Convention Center, a Boutique, one of the Hoffman Challenge traveling exhibits, quilt appraisals and lecture by Kathy Kansier,
lectures/trunk shows by Three Mennonite Sisters (Julia Graber, Barbara Cline, and Polly Yoder), judging and fashion lecture by
Kathy Ward, lagniappe lecture by Martha Ginn, and three full days of demonstrations and exhibits (see Schedule of Special Events).
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and advertisers in our show catalog, we awarded three sewing machines, $6,900 cash plus three other gifts. For a complete list of Awards, visit this page. |
